I need to assign specific messages to team members who are knowledgeable in unique scenarios. Some questions are more customer service based and need to be answered accordingly. Rather than having every team member have to read through each comment, they should be able to be marked or assigned to each member.
Agreed. This would be a really useful feature. Ideally it would involve being able to assign a conversation to a team member via email (which we could then link to our Reamaze CS platform as a Channel).
