It might be you can do this already. or at least we do this. We've created a series of hashtags groups of 10 tags each and then saved them as "captions." We've set them apart by putting in the title "TAGS" as the first word in the title. So we just go into our "saved cations" filter/search on "TAGS" and our list of 10-15 hashtag profiles are ready to add to the post. Hope that helps.
