Be able to view the actual published content on the profile

I would like the view on the left of the calender to be able to mirror the actual profile content. The view of all the media images right now is very confusing and not easily managed. I still don't know how to remove images I'm not using, categorizing which are ready to publish but not placed on the calender and so on.
