Team members' action history or actions to-do list

Might be useful in teams to have the ability to see who changed what, even with the option to add a comment to explain the action if needed. Also a to-do/check list option, to clarify what posts still need captions/hashtags etc, in a visible tab, can also make the workflow between members more organised.
