It would be awesome to see if anything has changed and if this can be implemented... Would really make things more efficient.

Yes, they do. The service I was using prior to Later allowed scheduled posts for my IG feed AND stories (https://bettrsocial.com)
Maybe you should reach out to them and find out how they're getting around it. I prefer the features on Later, but I miss being able to schedule Stories.

We just payed the yearly fee for Agencies & Large Teams and are managing 4 accounts. At the homepage it says that you can schedule and post IG Stories but it didn't say anything that it doesn't post automatically. This is a huge problem for us as we have normal working hours and also want to publish in the weekend and we are not taking our company phone with us. Could you please give us a contact so we can get a refund? The information really was not clear and and it seems like there is no helpdesk to contact. Thank you

This is the reason I am moving from Hootsuite and Plann to Later but realising its not automatic is a big red light :(

There are other platforms that allow you to auto publish to Instagram stories. If the API doesn't allow, how are they doing it?

This may have more to do with IG's API but it would be a great feature.
